5月24日，集团公司2019年大规模专业培训管理工作会在重庆召开，公司人力资源部负责人与负责培训的工作人员参加了此次会议。 会上，西南地区教育中心尹国民主任主持参会人员学习习近平总书记“全党大学习、干部大培训”的理论，同时总结2018年大规模专业培训工作以及布置2019年大规模专业培训工作任务。对推动大规模专业培训持续健康开展作出贡献的15名工作人员授予了“中国兵器装备集团大规模专业培训2018

会上，西南地区教育中心尹国民主任主持参会人员学习习近平总书记“全党大学习、干部大培训”的理论，同时总结2018年大规模专业培训工作以及布置2019年大规模专业培训工作任务。对推动大规模专业培训持续健康开展作出贡献的15名工作人员授予了“中国兵器装备集团大规模专业培训2018年优秀宣传信息员”，公司人力资源部何润霞获得该称号。同时为了跟上时代步伐，教育中心就即将启动的网络管理平台进行了讲解。
本次会议对新时代做好培训工作提出了新的要求，就调整培训需求信息、培训课程设置、培训考试命题工作思路等方面做出了指示，从着力培训专家智库、课程主管讲师队伍、优质培训教材建设、强化培训制度措施、培训组织层面、培训考试考核管理等方面提出了建议，并对开展科研课题研究、开展主题论坛、“互联网+学习模式”创新研究活动进行了部署。
做好集团公司大规模专业培训报学报考工作是公司义不容辞的责任和义务，有利于提升员工综合素质和岗位技能，能为公司提供坚实的人力支撑和智力保障，有利于帮助公司提升管理水平。公司人力资源部将适应新发展，增添新举措，开展好大规模专业培训工作。
