我公司为满足铜碟片车削加工的要求，需购买一台数控车床。
一、具体技术要求和参数。
1.车床采用平床身数控车床，占地应紧凑合理；
2.设备主要用于碟片加工，车床加工精度必需满足产品精度要求（后附产品图），并能够满足现有夹具的使用（附夹具图，要增加的配件应一并给出方案及报价）；
3.车床应能够满足自动化批量生产要求：
（1）刀架用电动形式(外圆刀方尺寸:20×20)；
（2）尾架采用气动模式；
（3）卡盘或弹性套应为自动模式。
二、投标日程安排
1、2021年4月12日完成前期技术交流供应商的资质预审。
2、2021年4月13日重庆建设汽车系统股分有限公司网上信息发布平台发布信息和对原交流供应商发出《投标邀请书》。
3、2021年4月14日投标单位现场确认和交流。同时对新报名参与投标供应商进行资质预审和发放《投标邀请书》。
4、2021年4月21日17时30分为投标截止时间。
5、2021年4月22日PTK将召开开标会进行评标。
6、2021年4月27日前完成审批和合同签订。
