谭明献指导 “党建+ERP系统深化应用”课题
近日，在公司花溪基地一会议室，财务部组织召开了“党建+ERP系统深化应用”课题阶段总结会，各部门主要领导及相关人员参会，公司总会计师谭明献出席并作出指导。
会议对《ERP非产品类物料编码规则》初稿及推进中存在的问题进行了讨论，对下一步需要清理的物料明确了责任部门。
谭明献对各部门严格按项目计划节点完成任务给予了肯定，要求：
01 聚焦圆满完成任务
全体项目组成员继续努力，保证项目按照计划在6月底圆满完成；
02 聚焦提升能力技能
加强沟通协调，强化员工操作培训，务必让业务人员熟练掌握操作技能；
03 聚焦建立长效机制
通过项目开展，形成信息化管理的流程和制度，为公司业财一体化建立长效机制，为企业经营管理提供完整、及时、有效的数据化支撑。
