重庆建设车用空调器有限责任公司拟对积压的工辅料处置（见附表：工辅料处置明细）进行有底价处置，具体要求为我公司向社会处置该批工辅料。现就此批处置项目进行公开竞卖，欢迎合格的竞买方前来参与竞买。

四、 投标要求：见《积压的工辅料处置竞卖邀请书》；
五、 竞卖邀请书发放时间、地点：
时间：2020年5月26日起至竞比价文书投递截止时间止（上午9：00-下午17：00节假日除外）
地点：重庆建设汽车系统股份有限责任公司
（重庆巴南区花溪工业园建设大道1号）
六、现场看货时间：2020年5月28日8：30～17：00；不接受未到现场看货的竞买参与方。
七、竞买报价书送达方式及竞比价文书投递截止时间
报价书需通过快递方式于2020年6月2日17：00 时前送达至竞卖方指定地址及人员；
报价书收件地址及人员：

八、保证金缴纳：
