(2) 上传附件包括：报价表扫描件、公司营业执照扫描件、必要的资质证明文件、技术相关要求内容等。
7.3不按以上要求报价的，报价内容不符，有明显错误等，视为无效报价。

8、结算与支付方式： 1）终验收合格后，双方签署验收报告出具终验收报告支付90%；供货方开具合同全额增值税专用发票； 2）质保金10%，一年后无息支付，支付合同总金额的10%。 |
