公司2019—2020年共青团工作表彰大会圆满落幕
4月29日上午，公司2019—2020年度共青团工作表彰大会在花溪基地三会议室隆重召开。公司党委书记、董事长吕红献、公司党委副书记、纪委书记、工会主席于江出席会议。公司青年代表胡立志、郭婷婷作了关于创新创效和志愿服务的发言。党群工作部、公司办公室、纪检部、各基层党组织、团组织负责人、受表彰人员参加会议。会议由公司团委负责人主持。
会上，吕红献作了重要讲话。他指出，101年前的青年爱国运动，唤醒了中国的青春伟力。在新冠肺炎疫情阻击战中，以“90后”“00后”为代表的新时代中国青年挺身而出、冲锋在前，展现了越是艰险越向前的刚健勇毅和爱国奋斗、自强不息的良好精神风貌。在疫情防控的前线，公司团员青年闻令而动、挺身而出，在九龙基地开展站岗、测量体温、厂区消毒、部门领饭，以实际行动守初心、担使命，用勇敢与坚守展现出新时代建设青年的坚韧之美、善良之美、奉献之美，为建设青年们点赞。
吕红献强调，新时代中国青年要继续弘扬五四精神，不辜负党的期望、人民期待、民族重托，不辜负这个伟大时代；新时代建设青年要继续以更高要求修身明志，争当“竞争、协作、创新、效率”价值理念的代言人；新时代团员青年要继续坚守初心使命，以筚路蓝缕的创业精神、攻坚克难的逆行勇气、担当作为的实干作风，为公司“1363”战略贡献青春力量。
于江宣读了表彰决定，并表示希望受到表彰的先进集体和个人，在2020年的各项工作中，继续发挥指导引领和模范带头作用，大力弘扬在战疫和复工中展现的、丰富和发展的建设精神，助推公司“1363”战略顺利实现。公司各级团组织要做新时代党的有力助手和可靠后备军，充分发挥生力军和突击队作用。广大团员青年要以他们为榜样，加强学习，努力工作，为构建具有国际竞争力的一流汽车零部件企业而努力奋斗。
会议认真总结了2019—2020年度团委的各项工作，有进步，也有差距。2020年，公司团委在党委的正确领导下，牢牢把握党建带团建这根主线，深化“两维四向”团建创新格局，带领广大团员青年，深度融入中心大局，全力服务生产经营。继续巩固“两优两先”榜样示范平台，不断丰富“三大主题”文体活动，为公司“1363”战略贡献青春力量，助推公司高质量发展。
