公司党委开展3月份党委理论学习中心组集中学习
3月31日，公司党委理论中心组举行2020年第4次集中学习，专题学习了混合所有制经济的内涵和重要意义。公司党委书记、董事长吕红献主持学习，全体党委委员参加学习。
学习会上，公司党委委员围绕混合所有制经济的内涵界定、混合所有制与股份制的区别、混合所有制与产权多元化的区别以及混合所有制改革的五大重要意义认真进行了学习讨论。大家一致认为，积极发展混合所有制经济，是新形势下坚持公有制主体地位，增强国有经济活力、控制力、影响力的一个有效途径和必然选择。
一要积极探索通过混合所有制改革，把新能源、铸机等业务做强做优做大；
二要进一步全面深化改革，建立灵活高效的市场化经营机制，强化激励增强活力，充分调动各层级干部职工积极性；
三要着力推进公司所属混合所有制企业绩效提升，实现企业高质量发展。
