公司团委举行“退团不褪色 青春不散场”超龄团员退团仪式
为大力推进全面从严治团，加强意识教育，进一步团结和凝聚退团青年职工的力量，使超龄团员在退团后仍能不忘初心、积极进取，用勤学习、善创造、甘奉献的实际行动，为公司的高质量发展贡献力量。
仪式上，全体人员重温入团誓词，共同观看了2016年以来公司团委工作视频，公司团委副书记宣读了2019年度退团人员名单，对团员们一直以来对共青团工作的支持表示感谢，并从坚定信念，高举团旗跟党走，到主动融入作贡献，再到凝聚全力促发展三个方面对团委工作建设以及团员青年提出了希望和要求，指出团员青年要在组织中充分锻炼，培养良好的学习思维和工作习惯，发挥青年模范作用。
退团青年代表何洋发表真挚感言，回顾自己的入团初心和成长历程，表示将“离团不离心，退团不褪色”，继续发扬敢于拼搏、积极向上的优良作风，多学、多思、多做，立足岗位，取得更大的成绩。团委副书记为超龄团员们赠送了《平凡的世界》和《习近平七年知青岁月》两套书籍，寄语青年们在未来工作中将继续支持和参与团组织建设，发挥青年员工的骨干作用。
共青团是党的助手和后备军，团结带领团员青年在各项工作中发挥生力军和突击队作用，立足新起点、把握新机遇、谋求新发展，勤于实践强化责任担当，勇于接受挑战加速成才，不断增强“四个意识”，坚定“四个自信”，做到“两个维护”，用实际行动践行青春使命。公司团委将从为公司党政推荐人才、助力公司发展的高度出发，努力服务于团员青年的全面成长成才，把竭诚服务青年真正落实到团组织工作的各个方面，增强服务意识，提高服务水平，用不忘初心的信念凝聚青年，用壮丽的事业凝聚青年，切实增强团组织的吸引力、凝聚力和战斗力。
