重庆建设机电有限责任公司拟对1批发动机零部件（见附表：1批发动机零部件处置明细表）进行有底价处置，具体要求为我公司向社会处置该批发动机零部件。现就此批处置项目进行公开竞卖，欢迎合格的竞买方前来参与竞买。
一、 项目名称：1批发动机零部件处置
二、 项目地点：重庆巴南区花溪工业园建设大道1号
三、 处置物资详见实物
四、 投标要求：见《1批发动机零部件处置竞卖邀请书》；
五、 竞卖邀请书发放时间、地点：
时间：2019年11月29日起至竞比价文书投递截止时间止（上午9：00-下午17：00节假日除外）
地点：建设机电资产管理部（重庆巴南区花溪工业园建设大道1号）
六、现场看货时间：2019年12月4日9：00～17:00；不接受未到现场看货的竞买投标方。
七、竞买报价书送达方式及竞比价文书投递截止时间
报价书需通过快递方式于2019年12月6日17：00 时前送达至竞卖方指定地址及人员；
报价书收件地址及人员：

报价书快递邮寄出后，请短信通知收件人，并注明邮寄单位或个人；
八、保证金缴纳：
竞买方参加竞买时应缴纳竞比价参与保证金人民币贰万元整，以银行进账方式缴入以下账户：
