二、项目相关要求：
1、实施方式：重庆建设汽车股份有限公司花溪基地和九龙基地（重庆建设车用空调器有限责任公司）的建筑消防设施维保完成。
2、报价方式、要求：密封报价
3、技术要求：见附件（重庆建设汽车股份有限公司花溪基地和九龙基地（重庆建设车用空调器有限责任公司）的建筑消防设施维保技术要求。
4、安全要求：详见安全协议。
5、付款方式：投标方出具有效检测报告和巡检记录报告后，开具增值税专用发票，项目单位财务挂帐后100%支付。
三、投标人的资格和业绩要求
1、投标方必须是具有独立承担民事责任能力的法人企业，具备履行合同的能力；
2、投标方提供经过当年年审的企业工商营业执照复印件；
3、投标方须具有消防设施维护保养相关人员等资质，并有相关单位的建筑消防设施维保经验和业绩；
