2018年，公司企业文化工作围绕规划先行、培训引导、架构宣传平台、架构全方位价值平台四个方面积极开展工作。通过调研、问卷调查、理念征集、票选、讨论等多个环节，有效推进理念体系重塑；深入推进“六结合六提升”工程，实现文化提升；通过灯箱、LED屏宣传社会主义核心价值观；在OA上持续开展道德讲堂活动，共发布道德讲堂宣传文章、正能量故事55篇；开展“2018年企业文化小家建设活动”“发现正能量”随手拍活动、企业文化漫画评比、“创领先发展新业绩，做新时代最美建设人”岗位实践活动等活动，丰富了企业文化活动形式，取得了积极的效果。
