The Party Committee of the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council adheres to the principle of "deep, practical, detailed, accurate, and effective" in conducting research, refining research plans, leading research projects separately, benchmarking world-class reform and development with the shortcomings and gaps in party building, comprehensively identifying difficult issues that affect and constrain the high-quality development of enterprises, and identifying practical paths to improve the core competitiveness and enhance core functions of enterprises.
