Chen Guoying, director, general manager and deputy secretary of the party group of Ordnance Equipment Group, Jia Hongqian, director and deputy secretary of the party group, and Wang Guangkun, Chen Xu, Lu Bo and Cheng Daoran, external directors of Ordnance Equipment Group, attended the meeting.

The meeting deliberated and passed the "Motion on the 2022 Annual Financial Final Accounts of the Group Company", "The Motion on the Expenditure of Assistance Funds in 2023", "The Motion on the Work Report of the Group Company's Internal Control System in 2022" and other motions, and listened to the work report of the Group Company in the first quarter of 2023.
The meeting was preceded by the second meeting of the Audit and Risk Management Committee (Oversight Committee) in 2023, the second meeting of the Strategy and Investment Committee in 2023, and the Audit and Risk Management Committee (Oversight Committee) Communication Meeting with Intermediaries.
