3、发放比价文件时间：2023年3月24日下午16：00起
4、发放比价文件地点：重庆市九龙坡区华建支路1号公司采购部
看样、标识图要求及技术交流时间：2023年3月30日17：30分止
5、报价方式：阳光七采平台报价或密封报价
6、报价截止时间：2023年4月7日上午12：00（北京时间）
7、比价单位：指具有独立法人资格。
合格比价人的范围：
7.1.具有独立承担民事责任的能力。
7.2.比价人应遵守有关的国家法律、法令和条例。
7.3.具有良好的商业信誉和诚信的职责；
7.4.具有履行合同所必需专业技术能力和提供本次所比价要求货物的能力；
7.5.如比价人代表不是法定代表人，须持有《法定代表人授权委托书》(统一格式)。
*8、报价方式和要求：
8.1.电子平台报价：
1） 按照阳光七采电子平台格式填报，报价金额写明含不含税价，并要求写明税率、质保时间、交货期等内容；
2）上传附件包括：报价表扫描件、公司营业执照扫描件、必要的资质证明文件、技术相关要求内容等。
8.2. 密封纸质报价，包含含税报价单及分项报价、公司营业执照扫描件、必要的资质证明文件、技术相关要求内容等。
8.3.不按以上要求报价的，报价内容不符，有明显错误等，视为无效报价。
9、结算与支付方式
每季度末双方对本季度产生的费用进行结算，甲乙双方对账依据为传真定单及经双方签字确认的验收合格单据，无传真的定单产生的费用甲方有权拒绝支付，乙方开具正式发票后，甲方支付上季度款项。
10、比价方式：满足要求，最低价中标。
11、比价时间：2023年 4月 7日下午14:30。
