在拓展训练过程中，学员相互配合，共同经历了一个又一个挑战，彼此之间建立了深厚的感情。在训练过程中，全体学员深深地感到没有不可能，超越自己就能创造奇迹：没有不靠配合就能完成的任务，深切地体会到团队的力量。
通过这次拓展训练，全体学员表示感触颇深。大家都认识到团队意识是企业生存发展的必要条件，而团队意识的增强来自于协作能力的加强。在拓展训练项目中，大家要在增进相互之间的信任感的同时保持团队的最佳状态，使团队成为一个无坚不摧的战斗团体。同时，学员们明白了，在工作中，更要发挥自己的所长，随时保持自己的最佳状态，为公司、为部门的业务出谋划策，增强团队的凝聚力和战斗力，为公司战略目标的实现贡献自己的力量。
