重庆建设汽车系统股份有限公司2023年办公用品现进行公开邀请比价，欢迎具备承担本项目能力的厂商前来参加。
1、项目单位：重庆建设汽车系统股份有限公司
2、办公用品明细：见附表
3、发放比价文件时间：2022年12月12日下午 15:00 起
4、发放比价文件地点：重庆市九龙坡区华建支路1号公司采购部
5、报价方式：阳光七采平台报价或密封报价
6、报价截止时间：2022年 12月 17 日上午12:00（北京时间）
7、比价单位：指具有独立法人资格。
合格比价人的范围：
7.1.比价人注册资金不低于50万。
7.2.具有独立承担民事责任的能力。
7.3.比价人应遵守有关的国家法律、法令和条例。
7.4.具有良好的商业信誉和诚信的职责；
7.5.具有履行合同所必需专业技术能力和提供本次所比价要求货物的能力；
7.6.如比价人代表不是法定代表人，须持有《法定代表人授权委托书》(统一格式)。
*8、报价方式和要求：
8.1.电子平台报价：
1） 按照阳光七采电子平台格式填报，报价金额写明含不含税价，并要求写明税率、质保时间、交货期等内容；
2）上传附件包括：报价表扫描件、公司营业执照扫描件、必要的资质证明文件、技术相关要求内容等。
8.2. 密封纸质报价，包含含税报价单及分项报价、公司营业执照扫描件、必要的资质证明文件、技术相关要求内容等。
8.3.不按以上要求报价的，报价内容不符，有明显错误等，视为无效报价。
9、支付方式：自合同生效之日起，货物验收合格后，卖方向买方提供全额专用增值税专用发票，N+1月挂账，N+
10、比价方式：
1）、一次性报价进行评标；
2）、报价公司资质满足要求最低价中标。
11、比价时间：2022年12月19日下午15：00。
