共聚话发展 同心筑未来
9月29日，公司在花溪基地一会议室召开了职工代表座谈会。公司党委书记、董事长颜学钏，总经理、党委副书记范爱军出席会议，党群工作部（工会、团委）负责人主持会议。来自各单位共19名代表参加会议。
会上，职工代表们聚焦公司1—9月生产经营业绩和新能源产业实际，表达了所思所感所盼。职工代表们的发言，感情真挚、思路清晰、建议具体，为公司深化改革、转型发展提供了事实依据。
颜学钏对代表们关心公司改革发展，踊跃建言献策表示感谢。从三个方面提出了要求：一是正确认识当前形势。要增强信心，坚持“三个导向”，坚定推进“136”战略，圆满完成“4+1”攻坚任务。二是立足岗位扎实工作。要发扬艰苦奋斗、自力更生的拼搏精神，凝聚发展正能量，共享改革新成果。三是发挥“桥梁、纽带”作用。要及时反映问题，协调解决困难，奋斗实现稳增长目标，以优异成绩迎接党的二十大胜利召开。
范爱军感谢代表们实事求是地摆问题、谈感受、提建议。从两大方面集中回应了职工关切：一是经营角度，对公司改革发展的现状、转型升级的挑战、“十四五”规划的目标作了详细介绍，解析了现阶段出现的主要矛盾和矛盾的主要方面。二是管理角度，对各部门日常管理存在的短板要立行立改，要求党群工作部（工会、团委）梳理问题并及时反馈，督促各部门负责人履职尽责、担当作为，把各项工作做到极致。
