重庆建设车用空调器有限责任公司污染治理设施委外运维项目现进行公开邀请比价，欢迎具备承担本项目能力的厂商前来参加。
1、项目单位：重庆建设车用空调器有限责任公司
2、项目内容：污染治理设施运维、危废管理
3、发放比价文件时间2022年 6 月 23 日下午16：00起
4、发放比价文件地点：重庆市九龙坡区华建支路1号公司生产管理部
5、报价方式：密封报价
6、报价截止时间：2022年 6 月 30 日上午16：00（北京时间）
7、比价单位：指具有独立法人资格。
合格比价人的范围：
7.1.比价人注册资金不低于100万；
7.2.具有独立承担民事责任的能力；
7.3.比价人应遵守有关的国家法律、法令和条例；
7.4.具有良好的商业信誉和诚信的职责；
7.5.具有履行合同所必需专业技术能力和提供本次所比价要求货物的能力；
7.6.如比价人代表不是法定代表人，须持有《法定代表人授权委托书》(统一格式)。
8、报价方式和要求：
8.1.密封纸质报价，包含含税报价单及分项报价、公司营业执照扫描件、必要的资质证明文件、技术相关要求内容等；
8.2.统一按报价项目报价，其余未考虑项目可自行将费用增至规定报价项目中并作详细说明（报价表）；
8.3.所有报价均为含税价，并注明税率；
8.4.不按以上要求报价的，报价内容不符，有明显错误等，视为无效报价。
9、结算与支付方式
运维总价包干，每月固定费用结算；危废处置每月按实际处置量结算。
- 评比方式：本次比价为有标底的比价，满足技术要求评价合格，同时满足标底要求，最低价中标。
11、交接时间：合同签订后15天完成交接。
12、比价时间：2022年 7月 1 日。
