重庆平山泰凯化油器有限公司现邀请投标人对本公司的燃油泵建设项目进行设计报价，具体内容见下：
1、 项目概况
（1）燃油泵一期建设项目
在现有厂房三楼内修建300平方米恒温无尘装配车间；新建一条定子半自动生产线；新建一条泵芯全自动组装线；新建一条燃油泵总成（含IC驱动板焊接、封装等）半自动装配线。年产100万件摩托车燃油泵总成，设计满足产品工艺要求及相关公共工程改造，主要涉及内容为车间布局设计，工艺设施设备的基础、水、电、气、空调、通风（含废气）、排污等配套设施设计。项目预计总投资约520万元。
（2）燃油泵二期生产线建设项目
在现有厂房一楼内修建200平方米恒温车间；新建一条进、出油泵盖生产线；新建一条叶轮生产线；新建一条稳压阀生产线。年产量100万件，设计满足产品工艺要求及相关公共工程改造，主要涉及内容为车间布局设计，工艺设施设备的基础、水、电、气、空调、通风（含废气）、排污等配套设施设计。项目预计总投资约370万元。
2、 招标范围
项目建议书、可行性研究报告(代初步设计)、施工图设计、技术服务，工程预算及施工过程中的变更洽商的配合工作等。
3、投标报价要求：按上述两个项目采取分项报价方式进行报价，要求报出分项价格、税票类别、税率及结算方式等，同时报出完成周期及成果交付内容。
4、投标时间、地点：被邀请的投标人如能响应，请于 2022 年 4 月 日 12 时（北京时间）前将投标报价函(密封件)送至重庆泰凯化油器有限公司综合管理部。
