3P空调比价邀请书
重庆建设汽车系统股份有限公司空调购买项目现进行公开邀请比价，欢迎具备承担本项目能力的厂商前来参加。
1、项目单位：重庆建设汽车系统股份有限公司
2、项目内容：3P空调2台
技术参数：详见附件
3、发放比价文件时间2022年3月 3日下午16：00起
4、发放比价文件地点：重庆市九龙坡区华建支路1号公司采购部
5、报价方式：阳光七采平台报价或密封报价
6、报价截止时间：2022年 3 月 18 日上午12：00（北京时间）
7、比价单位：指具有独立法人资格。
合格比价人的范围：
7.1.比价人注册资金不低于50万。
7.2.具有独立承担民事责任的能力。
7.3.比价人应遵守有关的国家法律、法令和条例。
7.4.具有良好的商业信誉和诚信的职责；
7.5.具有履行合同所必需专业技术能力和提供本次所比价要求货物的能力；
7.6.如比价人代表不是法定代表人，须持有《法定代表人授权委托书》(统一格式)。
*8、报价方式和要求：
8.1.电子平台报价：
1） 按照阳光七采电子平台格式填报，报价金额写明含不含税价，并要求写明税率、质保时间、交货期等内容；
2）上传附件包括：报价表扫描件、公司营业执照扫描件、必要的资质证明文件、技术相关要求内容等。
8.2. 密封纸质报价，包含含税报价单及分项报价、公司营业执照扫描件、必要的资质证明文件、技术相关要求内容等。
8.3.不按以上要求报价的，报价内容不符，有明显错误等，视为无效报价。
9、结算与支付方式
1）终验收合格后，双方签署验收报告后出具终验收报告支付90%；供货方开具合同全额增值税专用发票；
2）质保金10%，一年后无息支付，支付合同总金额的10%。
10、比价方式：满足技术参数，最低价中标。
11、交货期：合同签订后30天完成安装调试。
12、比价时间：2022年 3 月 18 日。

格力KFR-72LW/NhGh3B 一台(含内外机及标配配件)
- 产品服务
供货期为15工作日，交货地点在重庆花溪工业园区建设大道1号重庆建设汽车系统股份有限公司104B栋3楼办公室（1台），102栋1楼财务部办公室（1台），供货方负责运输安装测试，原厂质保。
- 验收标准
采购方收到格力KFR-72LW/NhGh3B 相关设备配件一套及项目验收相关资料，所采购空调为是正品、新品、原装品且在技术参数及性能上符 合标准，设备运行10日内无异常。
