我公司2022年上半年废旧物资向外公开处置，欢迎有意向的单位及时登录“阳光七采电子招投标平台”（https://www.norincogroup-ebuy.com/）查看相关信息。
- 标的物：2022年上半年（2022年1月1日至2022年6月30日产生的）铝、铜、锌、铁屑及铝渣处置，金属屑内含大量切削液，以现场实物为准。
- 资质要求：不能以个人名义参与竞买，竞买方必须是具有废旧物资回收资质的公司，营业执照、经营备案登记证等证照需在有效期内。
- 我公司在发布竞价通知时，规定了意向竞买方现场查验标的物时间，竞买方需在规定时间内自行前往废旧物资存放地查验标的物，并在《废旧物资处置现场勘察确认表》上签字盖章（现场勘察时请携带公章）,才有资格参与竞买，以确认参与竞买方已清楚所竞买标的物状态及相关要求。过时不再接待任何单位或个人。竞价成功方不按期签订合同，或延迟缴纳合同履约保证金，将全额扣除竞价保证金，同时取消一切合作资格.
- 2022年上半年废旧物资招标方式：此次废铝屑、废铝渣、废锌屑打包招投标。价格以废铝屑中标价为基础乘相应系数，废铝渣系数为40%，废锌屑系数为112%；据PTK实际回收情况（铜、铁等量小）竞价中如有意参与废铝屑竞价，同时必须参与其余项目竞价；请悉知后按要求报名和参与竞价。
- 以现场标的物实际计量过磅为准，每拉运一次，付一次款。处置方开票税率为13%。
- 对处置公告内容提出相关疑问必须在竞价1天前提出，竞价开始后一切按招投标公告内容执行。
