经营规划部、财务部分别报告公司11月战略执行情况、经济运行情况和财务情况，相关部门报告工作情况。
范爱军强调：要着力抓好“能力提升工程”，支撑“十四五”规划落地以及助推2022年目标任务完成。一是狠抓销售能力建设，着力提升市场信息收集、产品技术营销等方面的能力。二是狠抓研发能力建设，着力提升核心产品平台化、关键核心零部件自主可控等能力。三是狠抓工程能力建设，着力提升工艺管理、品质保障等能力。四是狠抓成本控制与优化能力，着力提升供应链管理、原价管理等能力。五是狠抓管理能力建设，着力提升战略执行、流程优化等能力。
范爱军要求：当前各单位要围绕财务预算，积极展开业务策划，公司将择机对主要业务计划开展评审。要抓好安全消防环保、保卫保密工作，确保全年目标任务顺利完成。2022年是公司全方位能力提升年，各单位要围绕主责主业，制定综合能力提升对策措施，并在2022年中期进行检验和验证。
虞文飚、谭明献、李永江对分管工作作出具体安排，监事会领导对公司经营工作提出了意见和建议。
