*7、报价方式和要求：
7.1.电子平台报价：
1） 按照阳光七采电子平台格式填报，报价金额写明含不含税价，并要求写明税率、质保时间、交货期等内容；
2）上传附件包括：报价表扫描件、公司营业执照扫描件、必要的资质证明文件、技术相关要求内容等。
7.2. 密封纸质报价:(1) 报价表、公司营业执照、必要的资质证明文件； (2）报价金额写明含不含税价，并要求写明税率、交货期等(U盘拷贝一份)。（3）其他文件
7.3*合格的报价人

- 报价人：指具有独立法人资格和一般纳税人资格（以营业执照经营范围为准），并满足以下要求：注册资金不低于50万。
- 遵守有关的国家法律、法令和条例。
- 具有良好的商业信誉和诚信的职责；
- 具有履行合同所必需的货物和专业技术能力；在重庆地区有办事处或服务点．
- 如比价人代表不是法定代表人，须持有《法定代表人授权书》(统一格式)。
7.4报价文件
1.）报价文件由报价文件总目录所列内容组成。报价人应详细阅读比价文书的全部内容。不按比价文书的要求提供的报价文件（报价书）和资料，可能导致报价被拒绝。
资格证明文件包括：

7.5不按以上要求报价的，报价内容不符，有明显错误等，视为无效报价．
