我公司2022年上半年废旧物资向外公开处置，欢迎有意向的单位及时登录“阳光七采电子招投标平台”（https://www.norincogroup-ebuy.com/）查看相关信息。
- 标的物：2022年上半年（2022年1月1日至2022年6月30日产生的）铝、铜、锌、铁屑及废纸箱、铝渣处置，金属屑内含大量切削液，以现场实物为准。
- 资质要求：具有有效的营业执照，营业范围应包含废旧物资回收等相关内容，根据2021年3月19日重庆市生态环境局办公室下发的《关于回复明确含油金属屑环境管理有关问题的函》，参与此次招投标公司需满足重庆市废旧物资及含油金属屑回收利用等资质。
- 建议竞买方现场看货，在公告期间应对标的物进行全面了解。凡报名参与了竞价，即表明已完全了解和认可标的物状况及相关约定，自愿接受标的物全部现状及瑕疵，并愿承担一切责任与风险。一旦成交，不能以任何理由拒绝拉运。
- 2022年上半年废旧物资招标方式：此次废铝屑、废铝渣、废锌屑打包招投标。价格以废铝屑中标价为基础乘相应系数，废铝渣系数为40%，废锌屑系数为112%；据PTK实际回收情况（铜、铁等量小）竞价中如有意参与废铝屑竞价，同时必须参与其余项目竞价；请悉知后按要求报名和参与竞价。
- 每拉运一次，付一次款。处置方开票税率为13%。
- 对处置公告内容提出相关疑问必须在竞价1天前提出，竞价开始后一切根据条例3默认执行。
