截至目前，已陆续为公司补充机械类、机电类、能源与动力类等各类人才十余名。下阶段，公司将加大各类双选会参与力度，集中补充热能与动力工程、车辆工程、新能源科学与工程、铸造、电气控制、制冷等专业大学生。
