公司开展非行政职务人员2019年度重点工作项目评审工作

为认真贯彻落实集团公司“365”登高行动和工作会议精神，紧密围绕公司“1363”发展战略，不断提高非行政职务人员重点项目工作质量，加强非行政职务人员的日常管理，公司人力资源部组织了非行政职务人员重点项目评审专家组，于3月27日召开了非行政职务人员重点项目评审工作启动会，会上公司领导于江副书记对评审工作及专家组成员提出了具体工作要求和安排。
3月29日，人力资源部组织评审组专家对56名非行政职务人员申报的224个重点项目进行了第一次评审，通过主评与专家评审组的综合评定，第一批次共有128个重点项目通过评审，随后人力资源部将未通过项目的评审意见反馈给非行政职务人员本人。4月4日，人力资源部再次组织评审组专家对26名非行政职务人员修改完善后重新申报的55个重点项目进行了第二次评审，共有47个项目通过评审。
为强化对非行政职务人员承担项目的动态化管理，公司要求每位非行政职务人员对本人已通过评审的重点项目制定详细的推进计划，明确项目时间节点，尤其是里程碑时间节点。人力资源部和项目主管部门将每季度对计划推进情况进行检查。
