公司开展技能带头人届满考评工作

1月29日，公司人力资源部根据《重庆建设机电有限责任公司技能带头人评聘实施办法》（建机人〔2016〕246号）文件要求，组织开展了公司技能带头人届满考评工作。此次考评工作在技能带头人所在单位进行，参加人员主要为人力资源部领导及相关人员、技能带头人所在单位领导、组（班）长和其他职工代表等，共计40余人。 考评述职会上，首先由公司技能带头人分别对其任期2016年1月至2018年12月内的履职情况进行
1月29日，公司人力资源部根据《重庆建设机电有限责任公司技能带头人评聘实施办法》（建机人〔2016〕246号）文件要求，组织开展了公司技能带头人届满考评工作。此次考评工作在技能带头人所在单位进行，参加人员主要为人力资源部领导及相关人员、技能带头人所在单位领导、组（班）长和其他职工代表等，共计40余人。
考评述职会上，首先由公司技能带头人分别对其任期2016年1月至2018年12月内的履职情况进行总结，并重点对承担的工作任务完成情况、班组建设情况、成果应用情况、人才培养情况等方面进行具体阐述述职，然后公司人力资源部按照考评要求组织参会人员对技能带头人履职情况进行了民主测评，同时为了真实了解技能带头人在任期内的工作情况，还进行了个别人员访谈，整个考评过程严肃认真，严格按照流程进行。
近日，人力资源部将根据考核得分、测评数据及访谈意见，汇总分析、综合评价技能带头人的工作胜任力，并提出续聘或解聘意见。
推进技能带头人工作，旨在建立健全技能人才职业发展的激励机制，稳定公司技能操作人才队伍，全面提升公司产品自主开发能力和技术成果转化能力，培养出一批在行业内具有影响力的技能领军人才，为公司科研开发、技术攻关、技术革新与生产制造等提供有力支撑。希望公司员工能充分发挥学技术、钻技能的积极性，不断提高技能操作水平和自身素质，努力成为公司技能带头人队伍中的一员，为公司的持续健康发展做出更大的贡献。
