为提升青年人员的能力素质，公司8月底开展了“雏鹰计划”系列培训，经过三个多月的理论培训、素质拓展，为检验培训效果，11月底公司组织了培训考试。 本次考试分为知识测试和文件筐测试两个类别，考试的内容是人力资源部通过“雏鹰计划”系列培训课程的内容及要求，精心策划。重点在于检验学员对培训课程学习效果、公司基本情况的了解以及考察学员管理能力综合素质。人力资源部按照要求严格监考，学员在考试过程中全部闭卷作
