6月29日下午，兵装集团2018年职业技能鉴定理论考试和第一届“建设汽车系统杯”员工技能竞赛空调初赛在空调公司食堂同时举办，此次职业技能鉴定覆盖了空调压缩机装配工、数控磨床操作工、数控铣工、机械检查工、加工中心操作工5个工种，共有32人报名参加，其中报考高级工30人，技师2人。 为加快技能人才培育的步伐，充分调动广大技能操作人员钻研技术、提高技能水平的主动性和积极性、增强公司的竞争力，公司同步组

为加快技能人才培育的步伐，充分调动广大技能操作人员钻研技术、提高技能水平的主动性和积极性、增强公司的竞争力，公司同步组织了第一届“建设汽车系统杯”员工技能竞赛初赛，本次竞赛工种为压缩机装配工、数控磨床操作工2个工种，空调公司一线员工积极踊跃报名，最终有38人参与竞赛，体现了大家“勇于展现自我、提升自我”的精神面貌。
在为期一个月的理论知识培训后，学员们的理论水平进一步提高，理论基础进一步加强，增长了知识，有利于今后工作的开展，不管这次考试结果如何，相信这对于所有参考员工都是一次宝贵的经历。
