*7、报价方式和要求(密封报价＼电子平台报价)：
7.1电子平台报价：
(1) 按照阳光七采电子平台格式填报，报价金额写明含不含税价，并要求写明税率、质保时间、交货期等内容；
(2) 上传附件包括：报价表扫描件、公司营业执照扫描件、必要的资质证明文件、技术相关要求内容等。
(3)平台报价同时必需提供密封报价，内容与平台报价附件一致．
7.2密封报价要求：1 报价表、公司营业执照、必要的资质证明文件； 2 报价金额写明含不含税价，并要求写明税率、质保时间、交货期等。3 其他文件

7.3不按以上要求报价的，密封报价与电子平台报价内容不符，有明显错误等，视为无效报价。

8.结算与支付方式： |
每季度末双方对本季度产生的费用进行结算，甲乙双方对账依据为传真定单及经双方签字确认的验收合格单据，无传真的定单产生的费用甲方有权拒绝支付，乙方开具正式发票后，甲方支付上季度款项。
