二、项目概况
1.比价施工范围：车空联合厂房内约913㎡地面环氧树脂自流平改造。其施工主要内容为
（1）对地面基层处理；
（2）涂刷底层涂料一道；
（3）打磨、吸尘；
（4）铺面层等。
（具体施工内容详见：厂房环氧树脂自流平改造施工图）。
2.计划工期：10日历天。
3.项目地点：重庆市九龙坡区华建支路1号车空联合厂房内。
（1）本次比价要求报价人具备环氧地坪涂装施工相关服务企业资质证书，并在业绩、人员、设备、资金、质量、环境管理等方面具有相应的施工能力（以营业执照经营范围和有效的资质证书为准）；
（2）具备有效的营业执照。
（3）具备有效的安全生产许可证。
（4）在全国范围内，近年承担过厂房建设相关的项目，且工程质量达到合格标准（提供合同复印件及竣工验收证明复印件备查）。
本次比价不接受联合体报价。
获取时间：从2021年6月3日17时00分到2021年6月8日17时00分
获取方式：报价人须在获取时间内可自行在招标网站下载比价文件，或者到重庆市九龙坡区华建支路1号采购部获取比价文件及相关资料，获取后，须在有效时间内与采购部完成登记确认。
