二、项目概况
（1）比价施工范围：维修105厂房顶棚4个分区，每分区约650个平方米， 共计约2600个平方米防水层（具体施工内容见施工图）。
（2）计划工期：30日历天。
（3）项目地点：重庆市巴南花溪工业园建设大道一号。
（1）本次比价要求报价人具备防水施工相关作业资质；并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有相应的施工能力。
（2）具备有效的营业执照。
（3）具备有效的安全生产许可证。
（4）在全国范围内，近年承担过工程（房屋）防水相关的项目，且工程质量达到合格标准（提供合同复印件及竣工验收证明复印件备查）。
本次比价不接受联合体报价。
获取时间：从2021年6月3日17时00分到2021年6月8日17时00分
获取方式：报价人须在获取时间内可自行在招标网站下载比价文件，或者到重庆市九龙坡区华建支路1号采购部获取比价文件及相关资料，获取后，须在有效时间内与采购部完成登记确认。
