公司主题教育启动以来，领导班子和班子成员畅通渠道听取民意，广泛征求意见，对照初心使命，对照人民群众新期待，对照先进典型、身边榜样，结合征求意见情况，分别从思想、政治、作风、能力、廉政等方面检视反思领导班子存在的问题，深刻剖析原因，明确整改重点和努力方向。
会议指出，要随时同党中央和兵器装备集团部署对表对标，始终坚持问题导向，聚焦公司改革发展稳定和加强党的建设的短板弱项，切实把问题症结和深层原因挖出来，明确努力方向和改进措施，为整改提供精准靶向。要列出问题清单，压紧压实责任，确保检视出的问题得到有效解决。要坚持以上率下，发扬自我革命精神，发挥示范带头作用。要注重统筹兼顾，切实把主题教育与当前工作结合起来，确保主题教育取得实实在在成效。
