The training content includes six aspects: organization, publicity and culture, confidentiality, party conduct and integrity, united front groups, and petition stability maintenance. It aims to achieve full coverage training for grassroots party organization secretaries, branch members, new party members, probationary party members, and corporate culture personnel at five levels. During the one-day training process, the trainers carefully organized and explained the key work of the Party building system in simple and profound terms; Four party branch secretaries gave exchange speeches on the "Three Foundations" of party building, integration of party building, promotion of ideology, and talent cultivation work; The participants strictly followed the training discipline and studied diligently, achieving the expected results.
In accordance with the training requirements of "mandatory exams for all trainees, closed exams for all trainees, published scores, and missed make-up exams", the company organized trainees to conduct after-school tests, with an average score of 92.6, and no one failed. By enhancing intelligence through learning and promoting learning through exams, the training content has been integrated into the mind and heart. The post training evaluation mechanism was strictly implemented, and all participants were organized to conduct an effectiveness evaluation. The overall satisfaction rate was 100%, with 96.7% satisfied and 3.3% relatively satisfied. The overall evaluation level was excellent, and the training work was fully recognized.
This party building training strictly implemented the requirements of the Weapon Equipment Group for party member education and training work, and did not deviate.
